     I found the setting but not what I was envisioning. I have several DM threads with the same person. I thought they would be collapsed.

     Ok. Mastodon works by grouping conversations. IE: replies in a same thread. As soon as the reference is different a new thread is created.

     Any chance of improving the embedded video experience? The playback buttons overlap Android's buttons, and the screen is allowed to turn off mid video

     Excuse the stupid question ? Is the main feed meant to be scrolled with a downswipe (opposite way to profiles)?

     In settings you can change original time of boosted messages to their boost time.

     Oh so I am going the wrong way ?

     I thought that was the way because you can pull down to refresh at the top. Plus it is a bit confusing with the timestamps of the boosts mixed in with the toots. Maybe you could style it to make the stamps of the toots stand out a bit from the boosted ones?

     In settings > timelines > display original date for boosts.
     Uncheck that option.

     Oh thanks ? I can't see it in the settings, which location is it? (I'm using dark theme if that matters)
