     Pokemon as NFTs is a fucking retarded concept I'm sorry, what could NFTs provide to Pokemon games that cannot already be accomplished with established tech?

Originally it was conceived as a way to transfer property deeds without having to go through a local county clerk. Then the Internet did what the Internet does and accelerated to the gayest possible use case: monkey profile pictures. Equippable video game items would work great as NFTs. Pokemon would be a great use case, since they can be unique with stat and skill buildups. Make the character sheet visible publicly, use the access key in-game to actually play with it. That assumes video game companies do it right, instead of stupidly, which I would never bet on.

     @FatNiggerDykeCunt @TakumiKib @Jim @kroner What I don't get with NFTs is who can you show it to thats going to give a fuck? At least lootcrate junk is equippable and visual in the game, and not just an image that you have on your profile page at best.
     
     Only people who are gonna view a profile page and see someones precious NFTs are there to call them a nigger for pulling off a headshot.
