Brad (bk1e@mastodon.social)'s status on Tuesday, 21-Mar-2023 00:42:01 JST Brad @thomasfuchs I sometimes wonder if these companies care more about how the back of the display looks than how the front of the display looks.
My workaround is to rotate the monitor halfway to portrait mode so I can see the ports, but not all monitor stands support this.

Alan Bucknam (bucknam@mastodon.social)'s status on Tuesday, 21-Mar-2023 01:06:48 JST Alan Bucknam @thomasfuchs and as long as it’s not aligned above or below any VESA mounting points right-angled ports coming out of the back wouldn’t create a usability issue. Probably also why Apple placed their ports on the lower right back corner of their still-great Thunderbolt Displays.
