   What I love about arguments like these is that the person making them:
   1) feels that they're not part of the 10% loss
   2) believes that they or someone they know will have some control over the loss.

     We've gone from 100% of people die (+4C, 2003) to 10% die (+2C, 2023), but I kinda feel that's not getting the job done.

     How about we go for target zero? No acceptable losses.

     @thomasfuchs where do the 10% come from? The 3 degrees by the end of the century which we currently are heading for seem likely to kill a lot more than that.
