Governor Gretchen Whitmer plans to sign it, making Michigan the first state in nearly 60 years to ditch one of these anti-union laws.
This is a big deal.

I do think they'd have kept their word. Republicans are just so trustworthy that way.
Plus, if she has the wherewithal to tamper with Republican primaries, it'd help.
