Consider that your choice of friends from back then was flawed. Better you, better choices, better friends.

Skaly (They/Them) (skaly@mastodonapp.uk)'s status on Monday, 13-Mar-2023 08:22:28 JST Skaly (They/Them) I always thought that as I become a better me, more people will like me. It turns out that, as I become truly better, very sensitive to others but still knowing my boundaries and ambitious about my career, that more and more people actually leave. I think I had lots of people in my life who couldn't stand me getting better, who liked me better flawed. And now when I'm at my best, and lost most of my friendships I wonder, do I have to be sad or mean to be likeable?
