   Does anyone else get "creative hangovers?"

   The next day after a surge of creativity (such as recording a song) I am emotionally drained and lethargic.

     @mdj I've never understood this, but it happens frequently enough that it's not my imagination or typical weariness.

     It's like the brain just gets overworked and then wants to shut down. (Also, probably a natural low from not having all those endorphins)

     @killyourfm Yup, all the time. When I figure out the solution to a problem, I usually feel compelled to follow all the way through. Hard to focus the next day after such a burst of productivity.
