@colonelj ha I remember when that skank defederated me and then mocked me behind my back. She also flipped shit when I started asking people about how to fry their server and got a fairly accurate response from 2 of my well known and very good coder frens so I can see why she was so freaked out about that. She did t know what she was doing and she knew that enough to see this coming. Her loss that whole instance was one big rotten ole stanky leg. @p please clap :jebbush:
@Soy_Magnus@colonelj I'd rather someone go do nicecrew.digital (or mastodon.social), but Eris and Trollcow showed up for it and created a diversion (spamming her chat) while she was streaming about Pikamee (the vtuber that is getting yelled at by Twitter for playing Harry Potter video games). Eris has recently declared a "fatwa" on FSE, SPC, Poast, I forget who else.
The alogs.space thread gave Gleason some shit, and graf and randbot and two other people I don't recognize (one of them looks familiar), people they've been going on about for a minute.
> so I can see why she was so freaked out about that
What happened is she is a PC gamer so her computer has AIDS. Every time, 100%, without fail. She's all "Oh, I had no idea how to run a fedi server" but it had nothing to do with the server: they got into that server through her desktop machine. She was the target, chudbuds.lol was just a bonus. Most of the shit they got was her personal stuff: nudes, tax forms, etc. She's been getting swatted periodically: this was a streamer on whatever list of streamers that whatever group hates, like randbot and whoever the other two pictures were.
So "Oh, she shouldn't have been running a fedi server" or her "I thought I could learn how to do it on the fly", the compromise was her machine, and probably because she ran some software someone sent her. It's a fuckup that would have happened completely independent of fedi. passwords.jpg secret-website.jpg secret-website2.jpg vans.jpg
@1ns0mniak@Soy_Magnus@colonelj ssh was small-time, like they got into her Frantech account, Protonmail, Paypal. They could have just rebooted it, or if they wanted to be clever, enabled backups and snaked those, wouldn't even have disrupted the system. ssh certs wouldn't have saved her.
> I can't believe she had her server hosted on her daily use computer.
No, no, it's good if you don't believe it: her desktop machine got compromised and that's how her server got compromised (either she had an ssh key around or she had "passwords.txt" or once they had access to her machine they were able to get into her 1Password account or whatever).
> Is eris really that technologically advanced¿
No, he doesn't know shit about shit; he knew it was going down and created a diversion while it dropped.
@p@colonelj how could someone be so stupid¿ I mean I know what to allow on which devices but I sure know if I have business it stays on a very controled environment. That's a particular big issue with all the manufacturing placed I've been at because of leaks and IP thefts. I can't believe she had her server hosted on her daily use computer. Is eris really that technologically advanced¿ I've heard about him spamming but I've never heard of him being competent enough to complete a fairly intricate hack and copy like this sees kinda out of character for him
Yes. I don’t know what reason was given to the police, or why she was even targeted in the first place. It’s particularly malicious because she has children in the house.
