   i see a lot of value in Nostr's way of doing user accounts. On Fedi, it sucks to have to create new accounts on different instances or to migrate accounts.
   
   One Account that can replicate to different instances is cool.

     @verita84 @gabriel @MyLittleFashy its been nearly 8 hours since this convo and it's only increased by about 1.5GB. Iris.to is the most commonly used nostr client by far so this says a lot about the amount of traffic currently on that 'platform'

     I bet most of that is extra data postgres uses (assuming you are du -h /var/lib/postgres)
     
     My Postgres data dir is 187 MB lol

     ok so nostr is gay. Relays are designed to not store uploads. iris.to will auto-upload attachments to nostr.build and serve them from there. It is a free-for-all for now
