     @kanageohis1964 リストにフォローしていない人を追加する機能があるので、それが相当するかな。

     ただし、サーバ管理者がGhostという匿名代理フォローアカウントを設定していると、問答無用でそこからフォローリクエストが飛ぶので注意。
