   I don't know why, but I'm still constantly amazed at the lengths that some people will go to in order to not change something in their lives that they KNOW is toxic and wrong because it would be inconvenient.

     @That_One_Guy I don't think it's the same in your case. It wouldn't be an "inconvenience" for you to leave, it would probably just make things harder. "Inconvenience" to me is something you should do but don't because you can't be bothered.

     I can't speak for everyone but with my situation I carry insurance on my family through work. It gets toxic at times but great at others. So I need to plan an exit and leave or ride out the toxic for better times.

     There's also bills to pay that won't stop. I've considered leaving but I just attained lead status after 15 years and would like to see where it goes.
