Depends on what you consider good. Both User Friendly and Sluggy Freelance started in 1997. -

@lolennui Dilbert was the first syndicated comic strip to be put online.
It's been online since April of 1995, which makes it older than almost all webcomics, including the longest currently running webcomic Kevin and Kell, which started in September of 1995.
(I know the source of confusion was the newspaper but dilbert's been online forever!) -
