Yeah, fucking no. I used to work at a place that dealt with people of mental disability and parts of the training were telling you how to "feed the bite" and get out of being grabbed.
Yeah they might not be all there, but people have a right to not be fucked with and a blind defense of this type of action is horrendous. This wasn't a simple attack, he would have fucking murdered her and been too stupid to know or care.
