If you like Moon photos, here's a slightly less low-effort attempt of making photos of the Moon during the lunar eclipse last May. (A bit more involved than today's "grabbing a camera and running outside"!) :D
@thomasfuchs those are fantastic. Did you take these on the same camera as this evening's photo?
@tehstu No, these were made with a Nikon D750 DSLR on a 6" f/4 Newtonian telescope on a tracking mount; plus pretty involved HDR compositing in Photoshop.
Tonight's photo was handheld with a a small Nikon mirrorless (they don't make these anymore).

Also, back to the picture from today, if you look real close you can just about spot a hint of the Gaililean moons of Jupiter
Ganymede is huge btw, larger than the planet Mercury
