   @etta 逆に読み上げられない特性をいかして「 :twitter: ツイッターは〜 」のように併記すると具合がいいんじゃないかな。

   私はよく、 :tootle: tootleとか、 :tootoise: tootoiseとか、 シンボル＋名称という使い方をしてます。

   多言語対応とか仕様面のこともありますので、これが最適解と思います。

     カスタム絵文字は読み上げ機能に対応していないのですね。文中で「 :twitter: はもう見ない（ツイッターはもう見ない）」のような使い方はしないように気をつけます。
