@CassandraZeroCovid Also, you have golf for us in the winter, and I much prefer playing up in Carefree rather than FL....
Arizona is technically blue now, and you really don't want to give away the Grand Canyon.
@FirefighterGeek I'm Canadian. I don't think I'd welcoming of the idea; we take pride in the fact that we *aren't Americans.*
Beyond that, I often wonder how the US stays together; as a futurist, I don't think it can, and I don't think it will; I think 25 to 50 years out, the nation as we know it will cease to exist. When I go down this rabbit hole, I start to think about how it implodes - does it occur violently, and if so, what happens when we get waves of refugees flooding our border?
@jimcarroll Most of the Canadians I know would not welcome this. They wouldn't say anything to you about it, but quietly, inside, they'd resent it. They're quietly building a privacy hedge along the border as we speak.
@jb @jimcarroll
I published, but wanted to make sure you saw this bit about NM https://www.wonkette.com/charlie-kirk-witches-georgia-grand-jury-forepersoncharlie-kirk-witches-georgia-grand-jury-foreperson
@timo21 @jb My take on people like him and his followers are found in this post I wrote one day when I was depressed. Point #2
We'd welcome you in the blue. I'm Canadian, so epic summers in NM and awesome skiing in the winter!
@jimcarroll Yo, get #NewMexico out of the red! We’ve no interest in being part of JesusLand! #TrueBlue
