It's very subjective on the situation, but imagine you get pulled over and you have next to no human rights.

UK's "You do not have to say anything unless you wish to do so, but anything you do say will be taken down and may be given in evidence." is "You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence.". Notice what the cunts added in there?   They arrested a girl for posting rap lyrics containing "nigger" on facebook. Context was her friend had died, and it was his favourite song. There is no justice in the UK, that died long ago.
  
  I had cops knock on my mum's door (I'd luckily already left the country) because I told a muslim bitch that her prophet was a kiddy fiddling warmongering cunt on social media. They wanted to ask me some questions. I could've been one of those anecdotes lmao.

  It's also the best place to be innocent. History is repleat with false or coerced confessions. "You won't be in as much trouble if you just say you did it" and all it's forms can make a normal man say he did things he didn't if he thinks the result will be better if he confesses.
