   @mb This is very unprofessional. I just checked the request. To move your server from Regional to General, even though in your original submission you said the server was intended for Australians only... To break the trust of the users who have chosen your service over this.

     Lack of assistance from @Gargron has made the decision easy for us to shutdown mastodon.au in 7 days. Unfortunately when you can’t get any response after a week it’s clear there is no future for individual instances to operate. The requests was by email and direct messages on mastodon, but no reply.

     Apologies to everyone who uses mastodon.au.
