    Just FYI, there's still a lot of resistance out there to returning to the office.

    We're going to find out just how much these CEOs want to destroy their companies.

    #Covid #CovidIsNotOver #RemoteWork

    I work harder & better #Remote . Forcing me into the office is stupid for your productivity and stupid for my health and happiness.

    How is your culture going to be improved by my hating every one of you until I find something else? ?

      @ZeroCovidColin When a boss says, “It’s impossible to maintain company culture with remote work,” what I hear is, “I have no idea what company culture actually is or how to maintain it.”

      @maxleibman @ZeroCovidColin '23 Trends for 2023' - #9 Entrenched Workback Pushback

      "Most companies are on a path trying to get key employees back to the office. Return to work is the beating drum.

      The problem is that many of those key employees – highly skilled, in huge demand – have tasted freedom, and don’t want to go back. And in the context of trend #8 – Knowledge Velocity – they are in the ‘driver’s seat.’"

      @ZeroCovidColin @maxleibman I started working at home in 1989, opting out of the traditional corporate sector and working out of a home office, building my global brand. I haven't looked back since. Freedom, once attained, is never given back.

      @jimcarroll @maxleibman

      This is the rest of my life. No one else gets to decide how that goes for me. In the past I've tolerated this because it was about minor inconveniences. I will not tolerate it with my life being put at risk for no reason. I won't tolerate it with my health and happiness at risk despite my being more productive at home.

      I'm not going back because management is lazy and want to spend all day talking in person instead of working. #RemoteWork
