     How is it possible to become an extremist about an overgeneralized idea that tries to group the free software and "open source" camps?
     
     I didn't need any drawings to become an extreme advocate for freedom, but I'll do enjoy seeing free software logos.

     @sarvo It will never be the year of the "Linux desktop", as Linux is only a kernel and doesn't operate on its own.
     
     The year of the GNU/Linux desktop was 1995 or so, as you finally could use a new computer in freedom again.
