@glassbottommeg @nholzschuch I believe that article is poorly researched, two minor teams involved in it were affected. Maybe it is the case, but the data doesnt support the conclusion, and judging from my LinkedIn I don’t see that happening yet.

#Hololens is toast. And if they've backed off, all those other #XR attempts are completely fucked too.
#Microsoft was, far and away, the one most likely to pull it off. They not only had target customers, they had a contract! With the military (who are idiots who buy just about anything even remotely viable cus it makes them look fancy)!
If even that backing couldn't get them to find a compelling use case? A market? Ain't nobody gonna find it.
