Is there any way to speed up 7z unpacking?
It's over a terabyte, I don't wanna wait very long...

@iska There really isn't a way, as any recent p7zip uses all CPU threads by default.
It's best to just set and forget it and do something else, then come back 6 hours later. -

@tk @iska Newer versions of 7z do support parallel unpacking... but if that's not enough yeah. Not a whole lot of other options.
