     @grishka I'm interested in how groups work in Smithereen, especially since you say it's not done in the "you post with mention and it boosts" way. Do you have notes on them somewhere for devs who may want to understand the implementation better?
     
     I'm particularly interested in how they are represented in AP, if they are bound to a specific instance, if private/public groups exist and how that's handled, and what roles/privileges exists for group members (e.g. can invite/add/kick people, etc.).

     @cambridgeport90 well, for one, it isn't written in PHP ?
     Groups are real groups, not these "you post with mention and it boosts" workaround things.
