@sia It's when you have a list of contacts on your web site that you can frequently #webmention so that your mention from your site goes to whichever medium you used to contact them. So, you could have your friend, for instance where you would put their name, their web site, their Twitter handle if they had one, and so on. So when writing a post, if you wrote their handle, their name would be autocompleted.
