     @Begamit That's why I switched to a chromium browser instead of Firefox. Neither are perfect but with Brave I don't have as many posts disappearing from my timeline unless I refresh the page, nor do I have as many issues clicking on favorite or boost and having it give me errors.

     @Mrfunkedude yea, my issue is with brave. sometimes the home timeline is empty but it always, with time, slows down to the point that browser needs to be restarted.

     @Mrfunkedude if that's the case, not sure how long i'll stick around. it's a huge show stopper for me. lag on a power computer sucks. so, it's either mastodon is poorly coded or my instance just sucks.

     @Begamit not with lag. My issue is toots popping in and out of existence two or three times a day and hitting "favorite" or "boost" sometimes giving me errors a few times a day. I don't get lag at all.

     I assume that the errors I get is because my instance is so big that it needs a few seconds to process requests.

     But I don't get lg like you do. That's probably your instance.
