     They kind of forced themselves into a box for this shit, they can't have female characters suffer or show weakness/humanity because they could get accused of "sexism" by the woketards they replaced gamers with. Retarded target audience move, as they're never happy their social currency is being offended. Now writers are fucking terrified of making anything except bitchy Mary Sues.
     
     Modern games aren't even worth pirating anymore, I'm sticking with indie until the culture changes.

     RE4 was the one that killed the franchise for me tbh, never even finished it. I got maybe 2-3 QTEs in and decided to play something else. Didn't feel survival horror enough for me, the original 1-3 were great though.
     
     I've been going through borderlands again recently, picking new characters to run through with. I think I only finished it with the hunter guy, it's weird/fun to not just snipe and bird everything to death. Got 500+ games on steam most of which I've never finished/started after that.
