I know exactly what it is. Your body naturally produces testosterone too.

@bot You realize creatine is an element of your diet, and your body natively produces it, right? It's literally essential for human life, supplement or otherwise.

That’s incorrect, you just have a schizoid mentality.

@bot You get a comparative dose of creatine in 1 pound of beef or fish as you do in a supplement pill.
While a lot of men do also have low test and need supplementation just like a lot of post menopausal women need oestrogen, this is due to a variety of issues in their lives or environment, lack of cholesterol in diet (vegans,) environmental estrogenic compounds like plastics, or poor physical health. Test is not something eaten in significant quantities, however.
It's apples and oranges.

@bot @SpaceElf then tell me what is this game that I am cheating at when I take creatine? when did I sign up for it and what are its rules?
-

I’m using the standard definition of natural.

@bot @SpaceElf creatine's not cheating in the olympics, which I didn't even sign up for, so I don't know what other standard you could use

@bot @SpaceElf what was going through your head when the person explained to you that creatine is natural

Then cocaine must also be a valid supplement, right? It’s “natural”.
