     Depends on your country's laws tbh, a lot of that shit is illegal due to liability issues. Probably find someone off ~craigslist to do it though.

     High end would definitely depend on your country's laws, you probably wouldn't be able to get much voltage incase a child touched it etc. Most countries value life over property, so traps can be sketchy even if you can legally shoot to kill in that area.

     I think it’s only an issue depending on how it’s used. If you have them on all the time or while your home is unattended, yeah, that’s an issue. But if you turn them on in response to an assault or an intruder, that’s different.
