   Me: calls again and get put on hold for 20 mins

   They say I have to go in person to apply for these specific benefits

   Security guard: building is closed to the public
   
   >goes home and calls again
   
   They answer and I tell them the building is closed to the public and ask if we can do this over the phone
   
   They say no it has to be in person and hangs up me
   
   This is why the killdozer was a thing
