   Which is why I give minimal craps at work anymore. They save face and say oh you are all so valuable and you work so hard and have done so much for the company through these hard times.
   
   Only to see through my 18years people let go literally that saved the company more money in one day than they earned in their salary all year.
   
   But nah "you are no longer needed"
