     @Gargron I will. And this reminds me of the Log4j guys and how big companies doing huge business only remembered them when there was a problem. Now is the opportunity for those who do business with Mastodon, especially charging subscriptions like Ivory, to give more meaning to what users pay by contributing to those who really feed them.

     @Gargron Where is the "democratic" process that decided there would be no search?
     This is not "decentral", by any means.
     100% of #Mastodon software has search intentionally broken, but it seems admins can quickly find #BDS or "Nazi Punk Volodomyr" so they can play Gatekeeper.

     @Gargron You are paying moderators who consider BDS a violent ideology, it is certain the #Mastodon is on the way down the tubes, with more money than brains. This is unforgivable.
     Who provided the money? Where is the transparency?
     The fact that search has been broken intentionally for 5 years on your unilateral decision speaks volumes, as does the failure to understand what BDS means.

     @Gargron my advice: take someone with lots of commercial experience willing to take the paycut over someone with lots of FOSS bona fides that hasn't designed things that scaled internationally. you want a traitor who knows the ways of FAANG, IMHO ?
