     @ubieman 餃子の皮をこねる時に熱湯でやれというのはそれですかねー。
     うどんにもタピオカ入れろっていうレシピが多いんですが、小麦粉ならつなぎは不要だから、あれは歯ごたえ用ですねきっと。
