   Having the most mysterious problem trying to install Itch to my Steam Deck - after I log in to the installer, it opens a screen called "CAPTCHA", on which ... absolutely nothing appears. Searched Reddit and the web, can't find anyone else with a similar problem. Posting here out of sheer frustration!

     After a few second on this screen, a text entry field appears, but nothing else. So weird!

     (Apologies for always using Masto as tech support hive mind - but given the user base, it kinda tracks.)

     I updated everything I can on the Steam Linux install, and haven't done anything else to change the config - this is a stock installation. Have tried updating everything and rebooting; still no dice.

     @adamconover I've been having all kinds of weird issues with my Deck lately.

     Most are fixed by a hard reboot. Hold the power button twelve seconds to force a complete shutdown, then start it back up and try again.

     @adamconover rocking 2fa on a steamdeck is a pretty pro-hacker move. im willing to bet people who work in security may not even go that far :D

     @adamconover If you don't have a Github account, I would suggest making one and letting Valve (or itch, I guess) know about the rendering problem to see if they can look into it and fix it.

     While the Deck is able to do somethings, Linux is not 100% perfect and sometimes non-"native" applications render wrong and it's up to the OS maker(s) or the company you're using to try to fix it (if possible/supported to do that).
