  Try hitting up the EFF? I'm sure they'd be helpful to the degree that you are supporting free speech. Doubt they'd put you on the front page due to optics but I can't see them just turning you away.

  Gimme $10k and I'll give you an atty AND a 501(c)(3).
  Alex... Better yet, just boiler plate it - nolo press and a few hundred bucks - search the Sec'y of State web archives for whatev state you want, read the Articles of Incorporation for various others structured how you want yours and file.
  It's pretty straight forward, and you really don't need more than say $1500 to have a good paralegal with an actual J.D. to look it over and set you in track - most have an attorney at the ready anyway in case that's needed.
  Geez!
