     You can translate messages on demand now. Could there be an option to automatically translate everything into your chosen language (with an option to show original language as desired)? That would make following across languages easier

     What does it mean?
     French messages will not appear, or they will? Does filter mean block or allow?

     Filter means that specific messages written by followed accounts will not be displayed in your home timeline because they are in a different language that you want to read.
