@youronlyone it's interesting how foodpanda skirts around what happens if you opt-out. One the one hand they say they require their drivers to take a picture, on the other they say the drivers should "secure permission" or "inform before taking the picture" (which imho are not the same). So, if you don't agree, do you still get your food, or will you get your money back, or are you out of food and out of money?
Were I a customer, I'd also be interested to know what their data retention policy is. How long are they keeping these photos, and are they anonymised in any way?

@FiXato Yep, it was also what I noticed. They're playing with words well, and most people wouldn't notice it. They should at least be honest and just say they are going to improve it.
