He will retain the loyalty of the worst of them, who my biases suggest will be still numerous and also be very heavily armed, which unfortunately matters a lot for his power—a fair number of potentially alterable Republican legislators at all levels might be able to handle the threat of primary opposition xor the threat of violence against them and their families, but not of both.
My biases might be wrong.
A billionaire president hands the reins over to a billionaire Nazi saluter, while WaPo's billionaire sidles up next to both.

@thomasfuchs Ehh... it can be both.
My Ikea burner is definitely worse with some pots, but it makes the same screechy sound even with the single-layer (non-laminated) kettles I have. Heh, and for the hell of it I tested to see if it would work with a baking sheet I have. Yes, it does and yes it made the same noise as always.
I have little doubt that it's worse than a proper stove, but still. Radiant just gives a little bit of a hum.
@Gargron I use Safari only.
I use either an iPad or a 13 inch MacBook Air that is displayed on a 27 inch monitor.
I’m having trouble on both.
My iPhone is fine, but I rarely use it for Mastodon other than posting a quick alert.
Sometime last year I experimented with a Misskey instance but the lack of good mobile client support ruled it out for me. Watching all the work @thatonecalculator has been doing with #Calckey I decided to finally give it a try.
I recently setup a new instance and am impressed with the work done to integrate the Mastodon API. The Antennas feature is great, much more effective than following hashtags.
I will be importing my follows on that instance soon so I can easily switch between both.
