   Haley is merely positioning herself for some imagined (lucrative) future, not as the 2024 candidate.

   Unless barred from running, which is about as likely as a blizzard in Hawaii, Trump will be the Republican candidate with the obvious plan to sail back into the White House, ending all legal actions against him and setting him up to exact vengeance on all who have crossed him.

   My take on Republicans, though, is still ‘none of these candidates.’

   Yeah. Generalizations suck.

   When I first came to kolektiva there was a guy whose user name was - I shit you not - "fuck you."

   And he just tore into me and told me I was an irredeemable piece of shit who he thought should be taken out back behind the shed and shot because . . .

   I was Gen X.

   He literally could not fathom that anyone good could have come from my generation. Even though on EVERY political point, we both agreed on everything. We were both AnComs. I was using a different name and account then, so if he is still here I haven't seen him.

   My guess is the admins here gave him the boot.

   BTW have you added guitar to those two songs yet?

   But my point is that the MAJORITY of boomer voter and politicians destroyed the economy.

   There's a great book about this phenomenon, literally called "Generation of Sociopaths."

   @anarchopunk_girl I don't always agree with Ro, but I do respect him. I also understand why he responds the way he does to bigots on here.

   I want to make sure not to put the onus on him for a lot of what I'm talking about, because it's not just a Ro issue or thebadspace issue. There are also areas of the fediverse that are more responsible for the type of trans misogyny and direct harassment campaigns of trans women I'm talking about, and a lot of those spaces are ran by white queers. None of the ones I'm thinking of are even ran by Black admins.

   I think thebadspace pulls from a set of instances that intersect with that group. I don't think just going after Ro does much but encourages bad actors to continue to attack him.

   My only ask of him if I did reach out would be to take down the incorrect / buggy version of the list that has been agreed is making assertions that are not correct.

   My bigger ask is of the whole fediverse is to consider their trans misogyny and how it might play out in unconscious bias.

   @mjf_pro I have no idea who he is, but since several people seem to be getting excited about his arrival, I'll follow him.

   My timeline is just such a mind-bender with so much diverse thinking and stuff ... there is no rhyme or reason to everything I'm following, but wow, it's fun and fascinating.
