Haven't been on twitter for weeks. Came back to say one thing: If you are staying here because "it took a long time to build a following" know I now have more followers on the alternate social media site linked on my page than I ever had here. Took 3 months. pls share out. There are about 10 million people on the alternate social media site who shall not be named. It's been growing at a steady pace and feels more active and alive. Change is annoying but maybe it's time to make that leap.

I'm starting to think twitter was... limiting if anything. I know most of ya'll don't care about follower counts, which is refreshing, tbh.
But, I think this little factoid is best used to reassure those who don't leave because they don't think they'll ever have the same amount of fun. And those like various creators who feel being connected is part of their job.
