You can change the refresh time. For active timelines, slower values will be better.

   In 3.17.0, #Fedilab introduced an automatic cache feature for the home timeline.
   The goal is to cache your home messages even if you don't use the app.
   It is per account and you can adjust the fetch time (default: disabled).
   If you have a very active home timeline, it can be useful. The app will keep it for you in cache during 7 days.
