   A Mauser 98 pre-serial numbers is not easy to break down, toss in a backpack, then dump in the trees down the road. 1) I want to know exactly where they found that rifle. 2) If he was going to leave the rifle behind in the first place, why the fuck dump it in some trees? Leave it at the building and get away quickly.
   The suspicion of the bullet fragments is in the ATF and their jewry. The ATF is not on the side of the American people and never will be.

   This talking head shows a new-age .30-06. Doesn't show a Mauser 98 nor does he show the difficulty of taking the barrel off of one in the video. He does go into the same questions, though. If you're going for a body shot for maximum effect, the neck is not the place to aim. Bad training/experience?
   
   It is extremely easy to stage every single piece of evidence in this case. Use the same rifle for the fragments. Plant the rifle in the woods. Have multiple backups for the assassination: i.e. explosive lapel mic, pistol shooter to his right, have a rooftop "shooter" to shoot a blank and mimic the crack of a gunshot. Motion everyone in on it with the tip of the hat from the guy in the white shirt. If they want you dead, you're dead.
