We are a Union of 27 countries and 450 million people sharing one future.
Diversity is what defines, unites us.
Diversity is also what makes us love the Fediverse.
As we mark two years on Mastodon, thank you for enlivening the conversation with insightful comments and content.
Love does not increase after the first day, but it deepens.
Let's make this journey even more engaging!

So, one concern about Threads joining the Fediverse is that harassment campaigners like Chaya Raichik AKA LibsOfTikTok could use Threads as a base for attacking people on the Fediverse.
As far as I can tell, https://www.threads.net/@libsoftiktokofficial?hl=en has been disabled. I remember a news story where she was kicked off Threads, then put back on. Is she off permanently?
The Fediverse is full of alternatives, for example Mastodon isn't the first or the only microblogging platform on the Fediverse.
As long as platforms are interoperable, it doesn't matter if there are many different platforms because they aren't splintering the audience.
In fact, it's really important there ARE multiple alternatives, in case something goes wrong with one of the platforms.
A warning: there's going to be a concerted effort to re-centralize the Fediverse.
As we've just seen with the acquisition of pawoo.net, that's already happening.
What are you going to do to thwart this trend?
