   Today’s grilled cheese science: Wasabi Karamucho

   I’ve never been a big chips on sandwich guy, just cuz that wasn’t a big thing where I lived (I think that is more of a UK than a US thing, yeah?), but I thought these would be good to try.

   The wasabi flavor seems pretty strong for the chips on their own, but it ended up being overwhelmed by the cheese and toasted bread flavors. Chips did add some crunch, which was nice.
