I know how the poem ends too. Your wealth won’t save you. Your whiteness won’t save you. Fascists eliminate any and all perceived enemies to their hegemony.
We’re only 4 months into the Trump regime, and shit’s gone sideways in irreversible ways. But he and his owners are not impervious to opposition. Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of their ̶c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶r̶y̶ democracy (globally).
