ok, agree to disagree, those things are highly specific pulling it out of previous papers only goes so far. most cases the elasticity themselves have formulas not just a value. the 2 values arent even from the same paper or the same year.

other than imposing a 10% month on month increase in cpi and a global shift away from the dollar. I don't think trump has done much else introducing this. On the ground, away from formula, china has already insulated itself with reroutes over the past 10 years. how is the formula going to do?

if his plan was to decouple from china or a trade war with china, why not just do that? tell me what exactly is his plan here? whats the "process"? why pause the introduction of these? why does he to talk to china after decoupling? whats with the "DONT RESIST"
