As expected Python 3.12 is required for some depends, Python 3.13 required for HomeAssistant itself. Which makes it uninstallable on Debian 12 Stable, RHEL9 and Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. It literally cannot be installed on basically anything sensible. homeassistant-2025.1.4 installs with Python 3.12.

It's worse. It's Docker on top of a KVM.

Devs like this should be forced to target all 4 major BSDs for a year to learn what portability means.
