   Leave a short public comment saying that people should use their gender not "assigned sex at birth" on their passport.

   The point of doing this is so that the public comments cannot be used as a talking point in support of the dangerous and discriminatory changes they want to make.

   The public comment won't stop them but overwhelming opposition will make them useless.
