A large hole in the middle of Mission Street a bit north of the Excelsior bridge, surrounded by traffic cones, A-frame signs stenciled with SF-DPW markings and caution tape. It's about ten inches deep at its deepest, and the pavement is buckling around it causing the crater to expand into the other un-barricaded lane. A manhole adjoins one side, and for some reason there's a sack of concrete thrown in the hole next to that.
