   Legal experts question how Trump could grant an extension of up to 90 days as the law is in effect and its validity confirmed by SCOTUS. The 90 days can only be granted if a new US based owner is in the process of closing the negotiations.

   So Trump will possibly ignore the rule of law on his first day in office. That's impeachable, innit? ;)
