    Our Dutch public broadcaster @nieuws.nos.nl takes it lightly: the news is #11 on its homepage, way behind 3 deaths in a traffic accident, and framed as an opinion.
    "Finland says Russia damaged power cable in the Baltic Sea. It thinks the oil tanker is part of a shadow fleet circumventing sanctions."
